Q. Where can I find the applicable taxes and duties for purchase of coal from different coal companies?

EMD Deposit & Balance
Q. Where and how should I deposit my EMD?
A. EMD can be deposited directly at any HDFC Bank Branch in the country. A list of available HDFC Bank Branches is given on our website (www.coaljunction.in). While depositing EMD at HDFC Bank you need to fill in a "Pay-in-slip".

The last date of submission of EMD for an e-auction / e-booking event is mentioned in the schedule of that particular event, on our website (www.coaljunction.in).
Q. How do I check my EMD Balance with mjunction?
A. Please log in to coaljunction auction site with your User Login and Password. EMD Balance can be checked under the menu EMD Management > Ledger e-auction / e-booking:
Q.How do I bid?
A. A Bidder Manual is available under "Downloads" menu after you Login with your User ID and Password. You should have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed in your computer to view the manual. A free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader is available under the same "Downloads" menu.

Q. Where and how do I get Lot Confirmation Mail?
A. After an e-auction event you can download the Lot Confirmation Mail online by logging in to (www.coaljunction.in), using your User Login and Password and accessing menu Lot Confirmation > Current Auction.
We also send all the winners, the Lot Confirmation, over email to their registered e-mail id within 24 working hours from the conclusion of an e-auction event.
Q. Where and how do I make payment towards Coal Value?
A. For details regarding Payment of Coal Value please refer to your Lot Confirmation Mail.
Q. How will I get my refund of my EMD from mjunction?
A. Requests for refund must be made online by logging into coaljunction auction site with your User Login and Password.
Refund Requests can be put in through EMD Management > Refund > Add.
Please note that after your online request for refund, it takes 4 working days to process your refund.
Q. How do I register with coaljunction? What are the documents required for registering?
A. Please click on "Online Registration" on our website, www.coaljunction.in for details. The necessary documents required for registering are mentioned in the "Registration Form", on our website.
Q. How do I know if my account with coaljunction is activated?
A. On activation of your registration, an e-mail is sent to your e-mail id.
Q. I have not received my Bidder ID Card. What should I do?
A. Please send us an email at (coaljunction@mjunction.in) or get in touch with our Help Desk in case of Non-Receipt of Bidder ID Card. Help Desk Numbers are available on our website under "Online Registration".
